Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unworn UGG boots in their original branded box and pack them into a durable shipping mailer or carton.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the quality of your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
